Matt ran his 400 member, full time school in Loughton, Essex for over 20 years, eventually selling it to his partner and moving onto coaching and online business
Matt is passionate about helping Martial Arts instructors as he believes they are under valued, under appreciated & not paid enough for the difference they make in the world.
